SummerArtCircle.com is a private online service operated by Avail Art, L.L.C. (“Avail Art”) that connects people through networks of friends and colleagues for participation in arts related offline events and activities (the “Service”). To accomplish this, our Members create their own profiles which are shown to other Members of the Service. To fulfill the purpose of this site, some profile information we ask for is displayed to people within these personal networks. Members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other Members and the Service communicates with them.
Avail Art cares deeply about online privacy. We will never rent or sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will never share your contact information with another Member. Any sensitive information you provide will be secured with all industry standard protocols and technology.

Use of information submitted by Members
Avail Art collects Member-submitted account information such as name and email address to identify users and send notifications related to the use of the Service. Avail Art also collects Member-submitted profile information such as education, location, and home town in order to assist Members in finding and communicating with each other.
Profile information as well as names and photos are displayed to all Members, to support the function of the site as a private community where Members can meet new people through their friends and colleagues. Members within a personal network communicate on the Website with each other through the Service, without disclosing email addresses. We may also use a Member's email address to send weekly updates or news regarding the Website or the Service, but Members may choose not to receive email of this type by accessing My Profile.
Use of information not directly submitted by Members
Avail Art also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from Members and visitors to the Website. This data is used on an aggregated basis to do such things as manage the Website, track usage and improve the Website Services. We may share non-personal information with third parties for advertising, promotional and other purposes. Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when you visit the Website we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave the Website.
Sharing of the Information this Site Gathers/Tracks
